Yes! We ship worldwide from our base in Marrakesh, Morocco.  

  • 2. How much does shipping cost?

– To Europe: A flat rate of €90 applies to all orders.  

– Outside Europe: Shipping rates vary by destination. Please contact us at [info@noolrugs.com] for a custom quote.  

  • 3. How do I know when my order has shipped?

We’ll email you a tracking number once your rug has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.  

  • 4. How long does it take for my rug to arrive?

– To Europe: Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.  

– Other locations: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.  

  • 5. Can I pick up my rug in person?

If you’re in Marrakesh, you’re welcome to pick up your rug directly. Reach out to us at info@noolrugs.com to arrange a pickup.

Returns Policy

  • 1. Can I return my rug?

Yes, we accept returns for stock items if they don’t meet your expectations. Here’s what you need to know:  

– Return Period: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@noolrugs.com  

– Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.  

  • 2. Are returns accepted for custom-made rugs?

Custom or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for returns. Feel free to ask us any questions about these items before making your purchase—we’re here to help!  

  • 3. How do I return an item?

– Reuse the original packaging to return the rug via regular parcel post.  

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you need assistance finding the most convenient return shipping option, let us know.  

  • 4. What happens if my rug is damaged during shipping?

We pack all items carefully to prevent damage during transit. If your rug arrives damaged, please report the issue to the courier and contact us immediately at info@noolrugs.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Sales tax (VAT) is included in the price of your rug.  

  • 2. Will I pay customs fees?

– To Europe: Customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
